Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to digital products sold by Minullin Boxing, LLC (“Company”), a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States.

In-person training (Phuket)

The Company offers private 1-on-1 boxing sessions in Phuket, Thailand. Sessions are booked after online payment; date and time are confirmed by email. Sessions are 90 minutes unless otherwise stated. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Products

The Company sells online boxing education products, including “Boxing From Zero” (Phase 1) and Module 0. Delivery is digital (video lessons and downloadable materials). Access details are sent after successful payment.

Accounts and use

Purchases are for personal use. Sharing login credentials, redistributing course videos, or reselling materials is prohibited.

Payments

EN prices are charged in USD through Stripe (or another processor shown at checkout). The Company does not process Russian-issued cards on this site. Taxes, if applicable, may be collected by the payment processor.

Coach-tier limits

The “With coach” plan includes limited feedback (3 video reviews, reply within 72 hours Mon–Sat UTC+7, up to 5 text questions) and is capped at 30 seats per launch wave.
