Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to digital products and services sold by Minullin Boxing, LLC(“Company”, “we”), a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States.

1. Agreement

By completing a purchase on minullinboxing.com or a Stripe Checkout link operated by us, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Products

The Company sells online boxing education, including “Boxing From Zero” (Phase 1). Three support tiers on the same course content:

• Solo — video lessons and PDFs only; no student chat; no personal video reviews;
• Community — Solo plus a private Telegram student chat (available at standard launch pricing);
• Coach — Community plus limited personal feedback (see section 7).

Founding presale: Solo $39, Coach $97 (max 15 seats). Standard launch: Solo $79, Community $99, Coach $197. Module 0 is not sold during the founding wave. Delivery is digital: video on our website and optional email with your personal link.

3. License and acceptable use

Upon payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own training. You may not share login links, redistribute videos, record and resell lessons, or use content in commercial gyms without written permission.

4. Access delivery

After successful payment, access is provided via the welcome page and, when configured, email to the address entered at checkout. Links are tied to your purchase email. We may suspend access for abuse or chargebacks.

The course runs as a monthly cohort with a fixed start date (shown on the pricing page). Video access lasts 6 weeks from cohort start (4-week program + 2-week replay buffer). When the window ends, access expires automatically. Re-enrollment in a later cohort is offered separately on the site.

5. Cohort schedule & content rollout

Founding purchases enroll you in the next scheduled cohort at your plan price — no extra payment. Lessons unlock from cohort day 1 on a weekly schedule. Start dates and lesson release timing are best-effort estimates; we will notify buyers if the cohort start moves materially.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in USD and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Taxes may be collected by the payment processor where applicable.

7. Coach-tier limits

The Coach plan includes limited feedback (3 video reviews, reply within 72 hours Mon–Sat UTC+7, up to 5 text questions). The founding Coach wave is capped at 15 seats; standard launch Coach wave — 30 seats. Community and Coach plans include Telegram; Solo does not.

8. 1-on-1 online coaching

Private coaching sessions are delivered remotely via live video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) and are booked after online payment; date/time confirmed by email. 60 minutes unless stated otherwise. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. A stable internet connection and a device with a camera are the client's responsibility.

9. Health disclaimer

Training involves physical activity. You are responsible for your health and for training within your limits. The Company does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting.

10. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Digital access is generally non-refundable once delivered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes to paid products will not reduce access you already purchased.
